What online channels do coworking spaces use for their community?

What channels do you use to build your coworking community online (communicating announcements, events, communication, collaboration) E.g. Slack, Facebook (groups, events), Google +, Twitter, etc, or other SaaS and social media platforms?

Hi all!

We have Slack and google group for our residents. It works so-so . Our community is relatively small — 40+ residents at once, — so live communication wins.

For broader access we use our Facebook page — we have 5700+ fans so our events and important news get high attention.

Google+ does not work as social platform.

We use Slack for internal discussions, ordering group lunches, following up with links from conversations, etc.
We use MailChimp to send out our weekly newsletters.

Of course we also an active Twitter Channel & Facebook, but those end up being more external rather then internal discussions…

We use Facebook for announcements and events, but also weekly emails (because not everyone wants to use Facebook).
We have twitter but mainly for branding. We’d like to use an online collaboration software, because emails and Facebook groups is not enough… considering Slack, but a bit afraid to add on yet another application on top of all the others.
