Caveat: this is NOT my expertise. Not even close. 
That’s the code that’s been suggested before, though it points to real estate/subleasing being the primary activity rather than membership/community. Depending on the coworking space’s operation, another alternative is http://www.naics.com/free-code-search/naicsdescription.php?code=813920 where the focus is more on being a professional association.

I just had to do this and went with SIC code 8621 for Professional Membership Organizations.
