Has anyone had experience with selling a location? I have a creative co-working space with two locations, I’m considering selling one (maybe two). It just feels so complicated since it already has membership established.
Has anyone sold? TIA!
From what I understand with exec suites and also coworking spaces, the valuation of the business is 3-5 times the annual EBITDA.
