This forum has been such a great place to read about other owners/operators experiences and share ideas.
I’m looking for examples of city or corporate subsidized/sponsored coworking models and other ways that coworking spaces have been able to keep their doors open, offer some discounted/subsidized memberships and be a strong community partner.
We pay full market rate for our space and our lease goes up every year. We have raised our rates substantially since opening 4 years ago and I know that makes our space financially out of reach for many people.
