Hello, I'm looking into buying a single level home and repurposing it into a coworking space. Has anyone had any issue rezoning residential to commercial? Is it necessary? Any info would be much appreciated!
Hi. I’m a licensed architect in LA. The answer is yes, you could and likely will have issues, but every single neighborhood/city is different. Ask your local planning department, often labelled as “community development.”
