Hey! Does anyone have any experience offering Registered Agent services for businesses in your coworking office? It seems pretty simple, if I’m understanding correctly all that’s necessary to be a registered agent is (1) an address where I will be present e.g. the address of the coworking office, and (2) the ability to receive served documents for a business I am an agent of, and then hand them off to the business.
If your office provides this service, what do you charge for it? Do you package the service with your Virtual/Business membership options? Is there anything else I need to consider before offering this to my members?
