For the past few years, we have quietly been developing Pure House and today, we are excited to share the beta-launch of our new website purehouse.org. While Pure House has ambitious goals for the future, today we manage a portfolio of large apartments located in New York City which are rented to groups seeking short-term accommodation while working on a project, initiative or business. Past guests include the team behind Google’s Project Loon (balloon-powered internet for everyone), Red Bull Music Academy, The Do School (incubator program for European Social Entrepreneurs), CommuniTgrow (South African Real Estate Development Initiative of 200 low-income homes) and the likes.
Our key value proposition is quality & service. Each apartment is carefully designed to create a nurturing and relaxing environment for our guests. Our hosts are tasked with doing everything in their power to ensure our guest’s experience is pleasurable and successful. They are available to provide all levels of concierge services, whether a simple restaurant suggestion, facilitating connections to our expansive network of business contacts and just about everything in-between.
