Private Office Access

Hello Everyone!

I have a potential member interested in a private office at my coworking space. We have an open space, designated desk and one private office. Any suggestions on how I can provide access to them?

Thanks

I would recommend converting the private office to a common meeting room. Everyone can use it, and should you want to rent out the meeting room by the hour to members and the public, you can statistically generate more revenue from this meeting room than a ‘regular’ office.

Thanks Jerome!

I wasnt thorough. In addition to the spaces mentioned, I have one common meeting room available. So I have the private office.

I would agree with Jerome, if you have limited enclosed spaces you are better off making it a Meeting Room or Day Office that you can rent hourly. We generate about 2-3 times revenue from a meeting room as we do private offices of the same size.

This article that was published yesterday has some good guidelines about pricing meeting rooms: https://cloudvo.com/when-to-charge-or-not-for-meeting-rooms/
