There are a number of phone systems out there that can accomplish what you are talking about. Some of the more popular ones are offered by Yardi Kube (https://www.yardikube.com/) and Essensys (https://essensys.tech/), however both can be fairly pricey, so you will want to make sure that you have enough customers that want that service to make it worth your while. I believe that both of these systems use a software application called EVO (https://evo.tech/) that allows a receptionist to identify who the call is for, answer the calls properly and then transfer them to your clients. EVO can also be used on some other phone systems, so you might want to contact them directly.
If you want to offer live reception service to your clients, but you don’t want to invest in a complicated phone system or the staff to perform this service, there are also companies like Alliance Virtual Offices (https://www.alliancevirtualoffices.com/phone-service-for-your-business.php) that offer off-site live reception services that can be resold to your clients.
