I am getting ready to launch. I have my membership agreement, code of conduct, and policy and procedures. Is there anything else I need regarding the paperwork to be provided?
If you will be potentially handling confidential, HIPAA protected mail, for example for a Virtual Member that runs a counseling or other health-related business, you should have available a BAA - Business Associate Agreement - that essentially states that you agree to keep their mail private, secure, and accessible only by yourself and the member.
Please note that I am not a legal professional, just another coworking owner/operator, and am going off of what I understand to be true per my experience with two of my members.
