I am planning to open coworking space in New York City. Basically we found the place and made a proposal, have a business plan, etc. But… I would like to talk and have a consultation from someone who is currently employed or used to be employed in the same business to talk all specifics and logistics of running this business.

If you are looking for consulting work, it would be better if you posted more details about the mission (number of ours, in presence or not, documents to prepare, etc. )
