Model zoning clasifications, rules & requirements for policy in Buenos Aires, Argentina

Hi group, good morning.

After years of near-absence here in Buenos Aires, we now have a very supportive and pro-active group of forward thinking policy-makers leading up a new city initiative to support our local entrepreneurial ecosystem. They’re doing great work and one of their aims is to help current and future coworking spaces by creating the appropriate zoning categories for our unique category.

To this end, we’re trying to help them by gathering models of existing zoning classifications and/or public policy initiatives specifically created to support and spur economic development via coworking spaces.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Some current limitations in buenos aires: absense of the concept of coworking in the regulationes; 1 parking space every 100 m2; 2 different business offices can´t have the same address.
