How are you all “hanging onto” your members during this time? We have lost a few, that’s to be expected, so we are trying to think of new ideas and ways (personal) to retain them… ideas:
Birthday cards in the mail
Surprise flowers at work and home
Special gift packs
What else are you all doing during this time to help retain members?
Hi Nori, despite halving our rates for April, we have also lost a few members. We’ve told them they’re always welcome to come back and have encouraged them to stay engaged on our Slack community (which has some public components.) We’re a non-profit with an economic development mission and our metrics are that our startup members graduate into establishing themselves in our region, so we just try to keep the virtual networking going with sincere communication and asking how we can help. Again, our members are startups (mostly pre-funded.)
