Hi all. I am sure there are past threads on this but I don’t know how to find them! Looking for any templates to start with as well as any lessons learned! I’ve been told I need a hold harmless agreement in there somewhere and would love to have a starting point for a lawyer to review rather than paying them to draft something. Thanks!
Here’s our membership agreement template. We have put this through many rounds of revision and legal reviews. It continues to evolve. Hope it helps!
