Hey team! I am the community manager at a new coworking spot in Denver (sunnyside) and we are in the final stages of construction. I wanted to know what the common offerings are in regards to providing phones in offices vs having members bring in their own. For those who provide the phone- is there an extra charge?

For $5 month you can get a Google G Suite account.
It includes the entire google suite of cloud software, 30 gigs of storage, and a gmail account that allows you to create custom emails from your domain.
You can have [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. Create as many as you like.
It was the easiest I could find, plus it is a gmail account.

Try to add a prefix such as user+@opencoworking.org it should automatically work. Most email providers support such set up. This way you don’t have to setup multiple email addresses. I highly recommend http://fastmail.fm
