How do you take payments?

Cowork Gloucester VA still does not have a building, but we've decided to launch our community anyway. We have formed a board of advisors comprised of local and regional business experts, and we plan to offer the following to our members:

- Free access to events & classes
- Members and their business will be featured on our website
- Annual professional headshots
- Annual business card design
- Access to 30-minute, one-on-one coaching with our advisors (monthly)
- Access to our network of fellow local entrepreneurs
- Access to online resources from our advisors

We plan to eventually use Nexudus once we have our venue, so my question is this: Should we just start using it now to take community membership payments to make assimilation easier later, or is there another way of accepting payments you'd recommend?

Thanks!

Congrats! If the monthly fees for Nexudus is feasible, then yes - start using it to build adoption right off the bat, especially its built-in community connecting features.

Would be happy to talk to you about how Grand Junction launched their network 2 years before their space opened using the Proximity Space network. We are actively helping pre-launch as well as vibrant communities run the day to day. We own a network of spaces and those using our system provide actionable feedback to make the network better. This entire concept was just used for the State of Colorado Coworking 101 initiative, you can read more about that here: http://choosecolorado.com/programs-initiatives/colorado-blueprint/ . Feel free to reach out and we can chat if you are interested.
