My wife and I just bought a coworking space in Perth Western Australia. We have about 30 active members and about the same in adhoc. Two meeting rooms running at about 20% with the intention to add phone box (acoustic/soundproof booth) once budget allows.
We are new to the owning, but not new to coworking spaces.
I run digital marketing/SEO and built my business in the coworking space we ultimately bought. Its a great complement to what I do and the needs or managing the space brings a welcome distraction and gets me out of what would otherwise be 8 -10 hours sitting down.
We have inherited the high performance internet plan, as well as Nexudus. We are unsure of the value proposition of each and welcome any insights in terms of internet and better member management.
We also trying to understand how best to manage members that want quiet space vs members that take calls and or chat a lot.
Looking forward to learning from you all and hopefully eventually lend some advice as we learn from experience.
