We are looking for an example of a membership agreement to educate ourselves with. Can any of you help?
We are a new cowork space in Austin Texas that is geared toward women.
Thanks for the help!

Here’s the one published by the great New Work City. We used it as a template for ours as it is pretty close to perfect, IMHO.

How about that… our three-generations-ago blog is still live
Worth noting, as I said in the post, the agreement is drawn almost entirely from IndyHall and Station C. If you have an agreement you’re proud of and don’t mind sharing, share it up!

Good morning from Kigali!
I’ve attached our membership agreement in case it helps. Like everything here at The Office, it’s a total work in progress and we’d appreciate any feedback from the global community!
For the Terms of Use Policy we borrowed heavily from others, but we introduced a value statement that we ask everyone to sign…
My thinking is that the legal stuff is there because it has to be for liability reasons etc, but the important thing for the community is that we all share the same values and that we are all committed to creating an awesome environment here. I also want every members to know how central those values are to their new office. So we put the values up front, and basically annexed the terms of use policy…

Hello Beautiful Coworking Friends,
We recently created Desktime Open Source to make some of our agreements and templates available to the coworking community. Which is something I have been wanting to do for a looooooonnnnng time.
I wanted to share the first piece we’re prepped, the Space License Agreement we developed for The Coop. It’s annotated so you can see how and why we did certain things. You can download and review it for your own use here (but check with your lawyers, please!). When doing demos for Desktime and in general it’s the most requested additional information we share. Hopefully it helps someone moving forward!
Let me know how it works for you. What other stuff would you want to see?
Best,
Sam
