Events - what works well in your space?

Hi all,

Brainstorming and developing my events calendar for my women's only space in Singapore, opening June/July.
I'd love to hear about your successful regular events, as well as any tips for hunting down guest speakers.
I'm also wondering about the decision to make an event free or chargeable - what factors determine that for you?

We make events free so we can provide wine and beer - otherwise you need a licence!
