Our project
aims to enhance the coworking culture strengthening the cooperation between
coworking spaces and academic institution at a European level and supporting
the spreading of a collaborative and creative approach to entrepreneurship
familiarizing emerging entrepreneurs with new working culture, skills and
competences.
The other partners already involved in the
consortium are coworkings from Italy and Germany. We need at least one more partner from a 3rd European Country.
We are not specifically European, with our team spread around the world, but your goals are perfectly aligned with our mission at Open Coworking. We’re working to keep the core values (community, collaboration, openness, accessibility, and sustainability) in the conversation by facilitating projects like the Coworking Wiki that embody these values. I have many contacts from Turkey and also Europe. I would like to create more projects this term. Besides, I can also arrange project teams, schools and NGOs or non profit organizations. I would like to give some information about our organization. First of all, we are eager to take part in your project and we can add values and good practises in your project.
Here is a brief summary of our organization:
Karaman Provincial Directorate of National Education is a state institution
in charge with the planning and coordination of all kinds of educational and
training activities in pre-school, primary, secondary and adult education in
Karaman. Our institution is giving service to 1 Practical Kindergarten, 13
Kindergarten, 200 Kindergarten classes, 84 Primary Schools, 27 Secondary
Schools, 10 Anatolian High Schools, 2 Anatolian Teacher Training High Schools,
1 Social Sciences High School, 2 Science High Schools, 11 Vocational High
Schools, 9 Multi-Program High Schools, 38 Private Educational Institutions, 1
Vocational Education and Training Center, 6 Public Education Centers and 1
Practical Education School. There are 220 teachers and 3620 students
Kindergarten Institutions, 1181 teachers and 16272 students at Primary schools,
1089 teachers and 16465 students at Secondary Schools. Besides this there are
615 teachers and 11757 students at different types of high schools. In addition
to these normal schools there are more than 7 schools for only students who
need special education. 12 supervisors are working under the presidency of
Education Supervisors for auditing and guidence to raise the quality of
education within the institution. Furthermore our institution is responsible
for supporting the families who have handicapped children financially. Our
institution is giving in service training services to teachers to develop
themselves in their fields on different topics. Karaman Provincial Directorate
of National Education also organizes inservice trainings with the topic
“Effective Classroom Management” for teachers and school management
teams and other trainings for the school management teams about management of
schools in different areas. Seminars and courses are held for people in
disadvantaged area in order to help them to develop themselves and to find
jobs. There is a team consist of three English Language teachers at a
department called European Union and Foreign Affairs, which was founded in accordance
with circular numbered 2009/15. This team is responsible for implementing the
projects of the institution and guiding the whole teachers in Karaman about the
new EU program Erasmus+. Karaman Provincial Directorate of National Education
successfully completed 3 Lonardo Da Vinci projects in Life Learning Programme
and supported a lot of projects in Life Learning Programme as social partner.
Besides the institution completed projects local grant projects (MEVKA)
successfully. As a result of this Karaman Provincial Directorate of National
Education is an experienced institution about EU projects and local projects.

I am an English teacher in Karaman, Turkey. However, I am not teaching these days. I only focus on Erasmus+ projects. I find this group in google groups. I would like to be your partner or project coordinator. I have an experineced project team. If you are willing to cooperate with us, or I want to coordinate the projec, write me back immediately. Because I am creating and planning the projects and project teams. Now, I am working in the department of EU Projects in Karaman Provincial directorate for National Education. Coordinating, guiding and creating projects are my official job. So, please dont worry. Everything is ok and no problem can occur. As I said, we have an exprinced team and some of my colleagues have been working in the projects for 8 years. This is OUR OFFICIAL JOB and our organization is PUBLIC BODY.
