Coworking Operators: any recent headaches with managing occupancy, utilization and/or space?

Hey awesome people of Coworking thread!

I find the combination of space, people and collaboration environments in coworking fascinating. I want to solve a hard problem in management of space using software/hardware. I would love to know if any of you operator folks out there are running into headaches with regards to managing spaces or efficient desk utilization. How do you manage it right now? Can you walk me through your process?

How many workstations does a coworking space allow a person to leave sitting there 24/7???

How many mining rigs did you ever find running and how many watts were they pulling?

Seems atypical to me. Excess power use can come from many things. a space heater is more likely and a bigger draw than a mining rig.
