I saw a few recent questions about data about the independent workforce along with guidance to start coworking spaces. I’ve written a 30-page guide for Vermont, where I think we’ve got a tremendous opportunity to draw on coworking as a tool to support our growing independent workforce. I hope it might be somewhat useful beyond our state as well. Have a look, I’d love your feedback!
And thank you again Alex for your early enthusiasm for this effort. Thanks!

I have circled back to your PDF after making an initiative for coworking in West Michigan. Would you be interested in chatting next week to learn about the progress? I checked out your website and it looks like you’ve been open for several months.
Can’t tell you how helpful this is – am considering starting a coworking space in Taos NM which is rural/sparsely populated. That brings it closer to Vermont than, say, NYC or SF. Maybe I’m not so insane after all.
