Hi,

I am very interested in taking a look at this, but I went to download it and it tells me it is not available in the UK Kindle store, is that a permanent thing?

Had to login through Amazon.com instead of .co.uk strangely to get it to work. Either way, I have downloaded now and will have a read. Many thanks!
