Competition vs Collaboration

Hi everyone, quick question. Now that we have 1Gb broadband in our space in Ireland, we are getting requests for space from a lot of web/app companies.
As we have web/app companies already in our space, I'm curious to know How Do You get your members to accept that competitors of theirs will be moving in? Have you said No to competitors of existing tenants for fear it may upset them? Do you have some form of exclusivity that its only one company from each industry in your space?
Appreciate any advice.
