Hi, I am a co-owner of a coworking space in Clinton NJ called The Office Mill.
I’m trying to edit a member’s plan to include free booking passes. Does anybody know how to do this? Thanks !

Under Members, select their name, click on Plan then Customize Plan then Bookings on the top right.
Add a booking credit, select the resource and how many free hours you want them to have. Hit Update Plan.

Great! That worked Thanks. Another question: How can you find out how many hours a member has left? (without having to go to the booking calendar and manually counting.)

go to the member's profile, click the three dots in section bookings and then view bookings.
