Business Insurance

All:

We are a new coworking space outside of Boston, Work Station (www.workstation.co). We are having a difficult time getting business insurance at a reasonable rate. What have others done? Do you have a lead on an agency or firm that has helped? It seems that the industry is not yet understood by the big insurers and there reaction and pricing varies dramatically depending upon who we deal with at each agency.

All thoughts and ideas appreciated.

Thanks,

Rick

Hey Rick,

Search this group for previous posts from me about Preston Patterson Co, a Philly based broker who does work in many US markets and has been helping Coworking spaces like Indy Hall for 8 years.

They get it, they’re great.

Ask for Diane Cheezum.

Rick,

We found Jef DiCenzo of Hylant Insurance Group in Ann Arbor, Michigan very helpful when we were looking for insurance for Workantile. I have no idea if he writes policies outside of Michigan, but it may be worth getting in touch with him.
