Green Elephant Coop at Halton Mill near Lancaster UK has been going for ten years and ONLY NOW we have just realised that we don’t have an ‘unacceptable behaviour’ policy - so we’ve been lucky so far. Does anyone have a nice policy we could borrow please? Fiona Frank

We went a long time without one but realized why it was important and worked with our community to draft ours in 2017.
We’ve updated it over the years, but I can point to multiple instances where I was REALLY glad we had this stuff written down.
