Become a coworking embassy for the EU Freelancers Movement

I’ve been talking for a long time about how coworking spaces will be vital to helping freelancers build a movement for political change. Now the movement has begun! In Europe, we’re running a campaign to gain better recognition and rights for freelancers: www.freelancers-europe.org.
Freelancing and coworking are symbiotic. That’s why we’re now searching for coworking spaces to nominate themselves as embassies of the freelancers’ movement.
By becoming an embassy, you agree to help share information about the movement - put up posters, retweet messages, host events (all on a voluntary basis, if and when you can). Nominate your space as an embassy, and help us improve freelance conditions across Europe! http://freelancers-europe.org/coworking-embassy/

Joel this sounds like great fun! Is it just for European spaces to participate in or are you seeking participation worldwide?

Congrats on this step!

Thanks Susan!

I appreciate your support! If you want to put up our posters, that would be great (even if it doesn’t really affect your members). Perhaps a visiting European will pass through and see it.

I have a little question: I have three spaces at the moment, but one set of social media accounts for all three. WOudl you rather I sign them up seperately or together?

Jeannine,
It is up to you! Whatever is the best way for you to receive information. We will send out occasional tweets and updates, and you can reshare them if convenient.

Thanks for your interest!

Joel,

We would like to participate but we are not a coworking space. We are a marketplace for coworking spaces (the platform is being developed now)

Is there a way we can help the movement? Perhaps share info on our blog, social accounts etc.
