I’m curious to know if there are any spaces celebrating pride month or showing solidarity with the LGBTQ community. In what way are you celebrating and do you have any stories or cool pictures to share?
Non-binary spaces are popping up all over the place and I’m just wondering how invested coworking businesses of any size are in their LGBTQ populations or if they’ve seen an increase in memberships for this reason. I’m the new Community Manager for BLANKSPACES in So Cal and we joined in solidarity by posting a ‘Happy Pride Month’ image on our digital signage that rotates throughout all of our offices. Since so many businesses and organizations throughout LA have also done similar things to show their support, I don’t think that it directly translates into sales, but I do think that it provides an additional warm and inclusive vibe to our space.
