Hi Everyone, I am wondering do you guys hire a lawyer to draft the " Terms and Conditions" and “Privacy Policy”, or could I just DIY it? ---

I have our lawyers draft… then we season it to taste per how we like to develop our culture. Then send it back to her to make sure that what we are saying is legal and legitimate. Dont DIY it because it may not hold up in court if its missing something specific. What state are you in?
