Door Lock Systems?

This topic has come up a number of times over the years and I was wondering if there are any new thoughts/products in this area. I’m looking to help set up a 25 room hotel and the ISONAS system we use at Office Nomads would be prohibitively expensive and complex at about $1000/door + wiring costs. I know a lot of people are happy with the home systems, but they are usually key-code based and I’m not sure that works great in a hotel setting. Has anyone worked with a system they think could work well for this?

At HackerDojo, we have a fob RFID thingee that goes our keychains.

There are no identifying company information on it (other than a unique serial), but I can check with someone else and get the info if that helps.

There is a big bowl of them in the front lobby (in case you lose one), so I doubt that they are very expensive. You can go online and reassociate the new one to your account quite easily.
